CHCP will be participating in a Lunar New Year Community Day Celebration at Westfield Valley Fair Mall in the J. Crew Court (near Din Tai Fung Restaurant).
Come by to learn about CHCP, the Chinese American Historical Museum, and Chinese Lunar New Year customs, plus participate in making a Chinese craft in celebration of the Year of the Rat.
CHCP’s traveling exhibit, Pioneering the Valley: The Chinese American Legacy in Santa Clara Valley, will also be available for viewing. The traveling exhibit is a 14-panel color display depicting the history and contributions of the Chinese in Santa Clara Valley through photographs and text.
