Chinese New Year

Gung Hay Fat Choy!
Gong Xi Fa Cai!

On January 29, 2025, the Asian community will celebrate the Lunar New Year, 4723 on Chinese calendars, which is Year of the Snake.

The Snake is the sixth animal of the Chinese Zodiac. The Snake symbolizes wisdom and transformation, offering opportunities for personal growth and change. Those born in the year of the Snake are known in the zodiac for their wisdom, intuition, and mystery. Naturally strategic, they are excellent problem-solvers and skilled communicators.

Chinese New Year celebrations traditionally run from Chinese New Year's Eve, the last day of the last month of the Chinese calendar, to the Lantern Festival on the 15th day of the first month, while some may celebrate up to a month.
