SCCLD Cooking Demonstration with Chef Martin Yan

The Santa Clara County Library District (SCCLD) is thrilled to kick off Lunar New Year with culinary legend, Chef Martin Yan, a man who made Chinese cuisine accessible and enjoyable for millions through his PBS TV Show, Yan Can Cook, with his iconic phrase, "If Yan Can Cook, so can you!"

Chef Martin Yan will prepare delectable Asian dishes from his two new  cookbooks, Best of Yan Can Cook and My Asian Kitchen. Experience the magic of his cooking live and learn the secrets behind his signature dishes.

Following the culinary demonstration, Chef Martin Yan will be available for a book signing and meet-and-greet with fans.
