The Chinese American Historical Museum will be open on March 9 from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm.
For Women's Heritage Day at History Park, CHCP will screen several short videos starting at 12:00 pm. These videos celebrate contributions and accomplishments of Chinese women from past and present, and were created by members of CHCP's Student Docent Cultural Ambassador Program (SDCAP). Two Bay Area women being celebrated are CHCP Advisory Board Member/Historian Connie Young Yu and author/journalist Iris Chang.
The Chinese American Historical Museum (CAHM) is housed in the Ng Shing Gung building, which is part of History Park, located in Kelley Park, San Jose.
